📍 The office is located at 6625 152A Street, Surrey, BC V3S 3L4 (Level 2) There is elevator and stair access for your convenience. There are accessible washrooms available.

🚗 Parking: There is free parking at the building, surrounding buildings, and free street parking.

⌛ Late Cancellations/No-Shows: We reserve your session time for you. A no-show or late cancellation impacts our therapists as well as other clients that may have benefited from the session time. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session cost. Thank you for your understanding!

💳 Payment Required: We require a form of payment on your file. If you prefer an alternative payment method from the card on file, please inform your therapist.

(She/Her/Hers) MACP, RCC

Manpreet is a dedicated counsellor with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology (with honours), Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a minor in Criminology, and a certification in Early Childhood Education. Manpreet is deeply passionate about mental health and believes in the power of collaborative goal-setting to foster positive change and personal growth. With a commitment to understanding each client’s unique experiences, she works empathetically to guide individuals towards achieving their therapeutic goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

She is EMDR-trained, culturally sensitive, and a trauma-informed therapist, with lived experience navigating mental health challenges. She practices from an inclusive, anti-oppressive lens.
